The theme of a Kanko (Chinese remonstrance drum) and a rooster which are a symbol of a peaceful world, created by metal carving utilizing various colored metals. It was created by the master of Kaga-zogan (inlay), Yamao Jikichi (1862-1923). It was a gift from Sumitomo Kichizaemon (Shunsui), the 15th generation of the Sumitomo family, celebrating the wedding of the Crown Prince.(「Auspicious Events of the Meiji Period」2018)
