This is an ornament modeled after a Gagaku dancer of "Taiheiraku". It is elaborately created with gold inlay in a cloud pattern, natural swelling form of the garment and details in ornaments such as the helmet showing the highest level of Meiji metalwork.(「New Edition Grace, Beauty and Inqenuity-Masterpices of the Museum of Imperial Collections, Sannomaru Shozokan Vol.2」2003)
