Kaikishoho coin
The oldest Japanese gold coin cast in March 760. According to Saidai-ji Nikki ( Diary of Saidaiji Temple), it was excavated from the West pagoda in Saidaiji Temple in Nara, on April 19th, 1794. There are no other of this kind except the thirty-one coins found from around the Okunoin in Saidaiji Temple.
