Fifteen Waka Poems

15waka poems with 15 themes by Hosokawa Yusai ( 1534-1610), a military commander and poet of the Azuchi Momoyama period, set as examples towards his student Prince Toshihito. There are 15 waka poems under the same themes by Prince Toshihito, with grades by Yusai ( Kindai Gokai Waka, owned by Achieves and Mausolea Department, Imperial Household Agency ), showing the interchange between Yusai and Prince Toshihito.
