Mt. Fuji with its handsome appearance, seems to reach the skies in this refreshing scene painted with verdigris and ultramarine pigments as its basic tones. On the left forehand is the Oigawa iron bridge which was just constructed in March 1928. Above this, a steam locomotive running emitting smoke, and large ships and sailing ships in the Suruga Bay depicted before the mountain, show the state of the early Showa period.
