This was exhibited in the first Reorganized Teikoku Bijutsuin Tenrankai ( Teiten ) held after the confused reorganization of Teiten by Mr.Matsuda, the Minister of Education. Yokoyama was asked to cooperate in the reform of the official exhibition by Mr.Matsuda, and took initiative, and such enthusiasm is reflected in the spirited depiction of big swelling clouds and waves. The title is from a festival song for the Heaven God of Bei Chi Dynasty of China which extols flourishing benevolence and marvelous fortune of the nation and its people.(「New Edition Grace, Beauty and Inqenuity-Masterpices of the Museum of Imperial Collections, Sannomaru Shozokan Vol.2」2003)
