The Museum of the Imperial Collections, Sannomaru Shozokan (hereafter “the Museum”) uses social media to increase awareness of the Museum’s programs, attract public interest, and enhance public engagement through timely posts on visitor information, exhibitions, collections, events, research, and educational programs.

The Museum does not engage with individual user accounts by liking or reposting, but may edit its own posts as it deems necessary; follow accounts of related institutions and groups; and share or repost information from other museums, art galleries, and media outlets.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
The intellectual property rights of all texts, images, and other types of media posted on the Museum’s account belong exclusively to the Museum or to their respective rights owners. Users are free to engage with the Museum’s social media content using standard interactive features, like following and liking the Museum’s social media accounts, sharing on Facebook, and reposting on Instagram.
