class=\"wp-block-p\">\u3000\u30001989\u5e74\uff0c\u5f53\u4eca\u7684\u65e5\u672c\u4e0a\u7687\u660e\u4ec1\u53ca\u5176\u6bcd\u4eb2\u9999\u6df3\u7687\u540e\u5411\u56fd\u5bb6\u6350\u8d60\u4e86\u7687\u5ba4\u4ee3\u4ee3\u76f8\u4f20\u7684\u4e66\u753b\u3001\u5de5\u827a\u4e0e\u5386\u53f2\u8d44\u6599\u3002\u4e3a\u4fdd\u5b58\u3001\u7814\u7a76\u5e76\u5411\u516c\u4f17\u5c55\u793a\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5178\u85cf\uff0c1993\u5e7411\u6708\uff0c\u201c\u4e09\u4e4b\u4e38\u5c1a\u85cf\u9986\u201d\u5728\u7687\u5c45\u4e1c\u5fa1\u82d1\u5185\u5f00\u9986\u3002\u5f00\u9986\u540e\uff0c\u5176\u4ed6\u7687\u5ba4\u6210\u5458\u4ea6\u76f8\u7ee7\u6350\u8d60\u73cd\u85cf\u3002<br>\u3000\u3000\u201c\u5c1a\u85cf\u201d\u6700\u521d\u6307\u53e4\u4ee3\u5f8b\u4ee4\u5236\u4e2d\u4e3a\u5929\u7687\u638c\u7ba1\u5668\u7269\u7684\u673a\u6784\u201c\u85cf\u53f8\u201d\u7684\u957f\u5b98\uff0c\u540e\u6765\u884d\u751f\u51fa\u201c\u73cd\u91cd\u4fdd\u7ba1\u201d\u4e4b\u4e49\u3002\u518d\u56e0\u535a\u7269\u9986\u5750\u843d\u4e8e\u6c5f\u6237\u57ce\u65e7\u5740\u4e2d\u7b2c\u4e09\u91cd\u57ce\u5ed3\u7684\u6240\u5728\u5730\u201c\u4e09\u4e4b\u4e38\u201d\uff0c\u7531\u6b64\u5f97\u540d\u201c\u4e09\u4e4b\u4e38\u5c1a\u85cf\u9986\u201d\u3002<br>\u3000\u3000\u81ea2019\u5e74\u8d77\uff0c\u5c1a\u85cf\u9986\u7740\u624b\u6269\u5efa\u6587\u7269\u5e93\u623f\u4e0e\u5c55\u5385\uff0c\u5e76\u65b0\u5efa\u9986\u820d\uff0c\u4ee5\u671f\u5f00\u5c55\u66f4\u4e3a\u4e30\u5bcc\u7684\u6d3b\u52a8\u30022023\u5e74\u79cb\u5b63\uff0c\u672c\u9986\u6539\u540d\u4e3a\u201c\u7687\u5c45\u4e09\u4e4b\u4e38\u5c1a\u85cf\u9986\u201d\uff0c\u7ba1\u7406\u8fd0\u8425\u673a\u5173\u4ece\u65e5\u672c\u5bab\u5185\u5385\u8f6c\u4e3a\u72ec\u7acb\u884c\u653f\u6cd5\u4eba\u56fd\u7acb\u6587\u5316\u8d22\u673a\u6784\uff0c\u90e8\u5206\u5f00\u653e\u3002\u56e0\u540e\u7eed\u5de5\u7a0b\u9700\u8981\uff0c\u672c\u9986\u81ea2025\u5e745\u6708\u8d77\u6682\u65f6\u5173\u95ed\uff0c\u5e76\u8ba1\u5212\u4e8e2026\u5e74\u79cb\u5b63\u4ee5\u5168\u65b0\u9762\u8c8c\u6b63\u5f0f\u5bf9\u5916\u5f00\u653e\u3002<br>\u3000\u3000\u4eca\u540e\uff0c\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4ecb\u7ecd\u7687\u5ba4\u6587\u5316\u7684\u57fa\u5730\uff0c\u5c1a\u85cf\u9986\u5c06\u7ee7\u7eed\u5bf9\u7687\u5ba4\u4e16\u4ee3\u76f8\u4f20\u7684\u6587\u7269\u8fdb\u884c\u59a5\u5584\u4fdd\u7ba1\uff0c\u503e\u5c3d\u5168\u529b\u4e3a\u6765\u81ea\u4e16\u754c\u5404\u5730\u7684\u89c2\u4f17\u63d0\u4f9b\u89c2\u8d4f\u65e5\u672c\u7f8e\u672f\u7cbe\u54c1\u7684\u826f\u597d\u73af\u5883\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-h2 wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u5168\u9762\u5f00\u9986<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-p\">\u3000\u3000\u4e3a\u57282026\u5e74\u79cb\u5b63\u5168\u9762\u5f00\u9986\uff0c\u65b0\u9986\u7684\u5efa\u8bbe\u5de5\u7a0b\u6b63\u6709\u5e8f\u8fdb\u884c\u3002\u65b0\u9986\u5185\u90e8\u9664\u5c55\u5385\u4ee5\u5916\uff0c\u8fd8\u8bbe\u6709\u535a\u7269\u9986\u5546\u5e97\u53ca\u53ef\u4ee5\u4e3e\u529e\u8bb2\u5ea7\u3001\u5de5\u4f5c\u574a\u7b49\u6d3b\u52a8\u7684\u8bb2\u5802\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
