Oil paintings of scenes of the Tokyo city excited over the celebration on March 9th and the drill ground, painted by Takahashi Genkichi(1858-1913) who was the son of Takahashi Yuichi. He painted 25 scenes in association with the 25th anniversary. Count Kamei Koreaki commissioned the paintings to Genkichi, and presented them to the Emperor.(「Auspicious Events of the Meiji Period」2018)
