This tea kettle is decorated with chrysanthemum crests on the front and paulownia crests on the back. The rings for the handle are in the shape of phoenixes, and the lid knob and its base are designed in the shape of chrysanthemums. The artist, Takahashi Keiten, who was born in Yamagata.
