Paintings – Japanese / Asian Paintings

A new painting composition in which the historical event of Dong Chin Dynasty in China is depicted on an oblong piece in bird's-eye view. Noguchi, the first female Teishitsu Gigei-in ( Imperial Court Artist ), developed a painting style featuring high dignity, delicate touch and soft color tone. This is a large -scale painting fully showing her natural talent and is an excellent work as a basic example of her most matured stage. (「New Edition Grace, Beauty and Inqenuity-Masterpices of the Museum of Imperial Collections, Sannomaru Shozokan Vol.2」2003)
